The COVID-19 situation sent most of us to work from home. While it worked relatively well, most employees are now looking to get back to the offices, on a flexible schedule. We can see that in the markets where offices are starting to open again, as offices quickly fill up. 

This is a good situation that will once again unlock all the potential of social interaction at the office. Unfortunately, it also brings some critical points that need to be considered.
