Basking now offers the flexibility to exclude short-duration visits to an office. With the new Minimum Duration filter, you can exclude those visitors from the occupancy numbers who spend less than the specified time (for example, 30 mins) in the office.
For example: if you would like to exclude delivery or cleaning personnel from the office occupancy, this new feature can help you achieve your goal.

We recommend using a minimum duration filter of 30 minutes to filter out short visits to the office.
How to use it?
Currently, we don’t offer a UI to set the minimum duration filter. Get in touch via the intercom chat or the link below to enable this filter for your office.
